Our Nova subscribers' most common questions, answered.

You can brew 16-18 cups per 250g box of coffee.
Nova is for those looking to try coffees that really blow your socks off. If you're curious to experience new flavours or, you're a full blown coffee nerd, Nova delivers a routine box of coffee guaranteed to bring complex, out of this world delicious flavours.
Nova is suitable for all brew methods.
Dark Matter coffee is to be drunk and enjoyed by everyone regardless of your brewing experience. We provide extensive, no nonsense brewing guides to help you get the best out of your coffee.
Each monthly coffee will arrive between the 2nd & 5th of each month (you will receive tracked shipping). Dark Matter roast once a month on the first day of each month. No more, no less. Coffee will ship either the same day or, the following day and arrive within 5 working days.
Up to 6 weeks from the roast date if kept in an airtight container (including your resealable bag). We recommend resting your coffee for 2/3 weeks for optimum flavour.

Nova customers can cancel, edit and pause their subscription at any time. Too much coffee? Skip a month. Family visiting next month? Add an extra bag. Want to cancel? No problem. All can be achieved via Nova subscriber's online portal.
