Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders in the United Kingdom. 

Orders are sent using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked shipping. 

We now ship across the EU (and you can see your local shipping rate by inputting your address in the checkout). However, this rate only covers the cost of shipping your item, and doesn't include any customs charges that will be charged by your local authority. 

Once your order leaves the roastery and enters the customs process, it is subject to the regulations and procedures of your local customs authority. While we do our best to ensure timely dispatch, we are unable to influence or expedite the customs clearance process. Any delays, duties, or additional fees imposed by customs are unfortunately beyond our control. If you experience a delay or require assistance with customs, we recommend reaching out directly to your local customs office for further information.
